Ingredients
-A good measure of whiskey (nothing too fancy, unless you like flavor in which case we recommend a fine bourbon!)
-A little brown sugar
-Dark French Press Coffee (One Village Coffee’s French Roast is perfect)
-Lightly whisked whipping cream (cold)

Directions
Pour the whiskey in a thick glass, add the sugar and stir in the coffee.
Float the cream on top using a tea spoon.
The cream must settle on the top, resembling a finely poured Guinness.
