Placing Orders and Shipment Policies
Orders can be submitted in two ways:
1. Emailing your order to orders@onevillagecoffee.com.
2. Contacting our office directly at 215.721.4818.

Most orders are shipped the following day, excluding holidays and weekends. You will be contacted by our office if we are unable to ship your order the day after we receive it.

Orders must be submitted before 6pm to be shipped the following day. We do not do same day delivery or shipping. Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

These policies become effective as of January 15, 2010.
