Truly the best Colombia we have ever carried, the Valle de Cauca is a gem among Colombians. This coffee has a tart cherry fruitiness to it, with a smooth creamy finish.

Story

At the cupping table a few years back we assembled quite a few great Colombian single origins in our quest to serve the best, one of them was a coffee we had not tried before so we didn’t have high hopes for it. Boy, were we wrong! This one took us by surprise and we just had to have it. Hopefully we’ll be visiting the farm this coming January.

Recommended Brewing Method

This Colombia Valle de Cauca is a delicate coffee and for that reason we recommend brewing it in a Chemex to preserve the flavor.
