Papua New Guinea Kimel Plantation Peaberry

Not your typical Indonesian coffee, this coffee is super clean, bright and lemony with a distnct brown sugar flavor which lingers on your tongue long after you have finished enjoying the velvety mouthfeel.
This is an Indonesian that doesn’t act like one, grown high in the mountains on the Kimel Estate near the Kimel River in Papua New Ginea at an altitude of about 5200 feet. We chose this coffee for its uncharecteristic flavors and brightness, and also becuase, well peaberries are fun, i mean come on look at those cute little guys!
Recommended Brewing Method
To really get all that this coffee has to offer we highly reccomend drip brewing, the chemex really allows the clean sparkling lemon flavors to shine.
