A delicate and fresh coffee, with hints of graham cracker, vanilla wafer cookies, freshly picked pineapples and passionfruit. A real tropical delight, light bodied and clean.
We have been wanting to offer a Burundi Coffee for a while now and finally found one that we really like and thought was good enough to put our name on and our reputation to boot. Grown by 13 farmer cooperatives by approx 160 households this coffee is double fermented and dried on raised Kenya Style Beds.
Recommended Brewing Method
Being that this is a delicate coffee we do recommend drip to really highlight the fruit and sweetness in the cup.
