Story

Aurora is our spring seasonal blend, and one that we know gets a lot of love when it’s out. The original idea for the blend came from wanting a nice bright lightbodied blend that was reminiscent of the brightness of the dawn and made you think of sunshine. We achieve this by using a bright East African coffee to add the sparkle and a crisp South Americn bean to add some body and depth to the overall blend. The result, a coffee that will wake up your senses as well as waking you up. Lighter roasted coffees actually contain more caffeine so start your morning off with something a bit different, something a bit brighter.

Reccomended Brewing Method

Aurora is surprisingly versatile, although we do reccomend a pourover style of brewing to bring out the nuance.
