I’ve been told that it’s name evokes the image of a superhero and rightfully so. Watching this espresso cascade from the portafilter you’ll immediately notice the thick crema course out of the nozzles and a rich aroma will fill your nose. As you sip it, the first flavors you’ll detect are berries and a creamy dark cocoa bitterness. A smooth nuttiness follows which coats your tongue, putting a smile on your lips. Tinkered with endlessly and roasted to a “medium” to “medium dark” roast, this is our first Signature Espresso in our line of espressos. It is our tribute to the north of Italy where they like their espresso a bit on the lighter side. Charged with saving you from flat, burnt, one-dimensional espressos that sadly have become the norm, Nordico has come to save the day!
