Brewing Instructions

Now that you have your coffee, here are some simple tips on brewing up that perfect cup of heaven. Once you’ve had a chance to enjoy a cup, come on back and leave a review.

Woody’s rules to brew by:

  1. Grind your beans right before you brew. A good grinder and the right grind size for the brew method is essential.
  2. Always use clean water. Remember the old adage: If your water stinks, so will your coffee.
  3. Make an investment in a digital scale. Weighing your coffee will make a more consistent cup each time.
  4. Our rule of thumb. Use 2 grams of coffee for every finished ounce of water, i.e. 32 grams of freshly ground coffee for 16 oz of coffee in your cup.
