Relationship Coffee

What we mean is that you’re now part of a burgeoning community here—a village, if you will. A village of growers, pickers; roaster and drinkers. A village where the population is sometimes just one person, and sometimes its numbers are immeasurable. A place where things are shared, discussed and ultimately treasured. A place that is seemingly without boundaries, and yet still manages to fit neatly into a cup. A place that you are now an official, card-carrying resident of. Enjoy.

  • Aaron Peazzoni

    Aaron Peazzoni
    Vice President

Aaron respects himself enough to brew his Sumatra one cup at a time. He has been with One Village from day one. He defines community as seeing something impossible become possible and, like a daily cup of coffee, one of the necessities to feeling human.

  • Zoe Kohner

    Zoe Kohner
    Customer Services

As the main point of contact with each of our beloved customers, Zoe has become the voice of OVC and truly enjoys it. Zoe was introduced to good coffee when she had the pleasure of sipping an Irish Coffee in Belfast. Zoe became acquainted with great coffee when she joined the One Village family. For Zoe, community is all about sharing, so check out her Irish coffee recipe.

  • Gaelyn Amick

    Gaelyn Amick

Gaelyn is an indispensable part of One Village, supporting both production and office functions. She brings synergy and a bunch of other cool words to the daily tasks of roasting awesome coffee. Just never leave her alone with a Pumpple Cake.

Anne has been a part of the One Village team since May 2009. She appreciates the diversity of an Espresso. Anne calls community a responsibility to support and a challenge to improve. She counts the planet as a member of her community.

  • Jacob Ford

    Jacob Ford
    Webmaster/Photographer

Jacob firmly believes that a cup of coffee, like any good roller coaster, should be tall, last at least two minutes, and make you scream wildly when properly enjoyed. To Jacob, a community is a place where individuals are free to communicate, to collaborate, and to cooperate.

  • Woody Decasere

    Woody Decasere
    Chief Roaster

Woody has been around since opening day. He names every single bean that he roasts and hopes you love them just as much. His preference is an Ethiopian Sidamo, which he will usually take black. On sweet days, though, he likes some cream and sugar. He thinks that community is about counting on people and them counting on you. Without it you stop living life the way you should.

  • nelsonfloyd

    Nelson Floyd
    Apprentice Roaster

If Nelson were a potato, he wouldn’t be nearly as fun, because potatoes can’t smile. He loves wearing hats and, if given the opportunity, would likely drink coffee out of one. Nelson’s pretty sure the whole definition of community thing’s been covered around here, so he’ll just go with what everyone else said.

  • Rob Altieri

    Rob Altieri
    Sales Director

Just like the coffee he drinks, Rob is multi-layered, hearty, and sweet. He enjoys his cup of French-pressed Ethiopia Yirgacheffe with friends. He has been with us from the get-go and sees community as a chance to step outside of yourself and enjoy others. A personal motto for Rob: if something is worth doing, it is worth doing well.
