What’s Staying the Same? Rest assured, the exceptional quality, responsible sourcing, and commitment to positive impact that you've come to expect from Co remain unchanged. The change to Foundations represents an evolution, a step forward in our journey towards a more sustainable and flavorful world. 

Why the Change? The Foundations Series encapsulates the essence of our tiered approach to specialty coffee (think of it as the foundation of a mountain), serving as a perfect introduction to specialty coffee and responsible buying. It symbolizes the stepping stone towards greater coffee adventures and conscientious choices. We have sourced some exciting new coffees and adjusted roast levels - offering a light, medium, and dark option. The stories behind the new coffees are worth keeping an eye out for!
